I would love to do something like it--esp around Thailand and the Philippines. A few suggestions--how about putting at the top of each post what country you are in, several times I have used google to try and figure out where you are at---which leads me to ....how about putting a small map showing your route.... I really do enjoy your blog---a question or two--can you write a post about how much you spend each month on food, entertainment and what the cost of boat maintenance, dockage, maybe visas is.
